• To make a purchase on www.einside.it online, you must complete the electronic order form and send it to the seller following the instructions provided. The contract must be concluded in Italian.

Right of WITHDRAWAL

The right of withdrawal allows you to return the purchased item and receive a refund. The consumer can exercise his or her right of withdrawal no later than 14 working days after receiving the goods.

Please ensure that the package arrives intact. Otherwise, plead sign the courier’s document with the words “Subject to Inspection” and specify the nature of the damage. Any anomaly not reported the courier is not covered by our insurance by law.

In any case, the provisions of Legislative Decreee 206/2005 apply.
