Shipping costs
The shipping cost depends on weight and volume of the requested material; the estimate is displayed and updated by adding the products to the cart without the need to register on the site. Shipping costs may vary from the price indicated on the website for shipments to remote areas and to all areas where the courier charges additional fees.

Delivery methods
EINSIDE Srls ships within Italy and to countries where agreements exist with the couriers used. For other countries, a specific quote is available. Shipping costs, unless otherwise indicated, are the responsibility of the customer and are explicitly highlighted during the order confirmation process. Goods are shipped in the supplier’s original packaging or in other appropriately prepared packaging.
Delivery times
Delivery times for ordered goods are purely indicative and may be subject to change due to force majeure, traffic conditions in general, or by order of the authorities. We carefully select the courier to avoid problems with more fragile items, always favoring express courier.
Unless otherwise agreed, standard delivery will take place exclusively on weekdays between 9:00 am and 1:00 pm and from 2:00 pm to 6:00 pm. It is the customer’s responsibility to provide an address where they can be reached during the delivery time slot; if delivery cannot be made due to an incorrect address, the absence of and authorized person, etc., a further delivery attempt will be made, after which the shipment will be held for storage at the recipient’s expense. The courier does not make reservation calls, except in the case of deliveries by appointment.
Einside Srls cannot be held responsible in the event of delays in processing of poor service by the courier.
Delivery times can vary from 2 hours to up to 7 business days from order confirmation, that is from the moment payment is confirmed. If the delivery time exceeds standard times, Einside will notify the customer. Below are the average delivery times used by couriers for the various service classes offred.

The times indicated in the previous table refer exclusively to the delivery phase of the goods by the courier chosen for the service class indicated in the order. Order processing times must be added to these times, which, however, depend on the type and composition of the order sent.
Specific services (delivery to a depot, delivery by appointment, delivery to smaller islands or remote areas)may have different delivery times from the table and variable prices. Our Company is not responsible for any problems caused by the carrier or failure to meet the standard delivery times indicated, which are always non-binding.
What to do when the goods arrive
Upon delivery of the goods by the courier, the Customer is required to check
Any external damage or discrepancies in the number of packages or information must be reported immediately to the courier making the delivery, by writing “received with reservation” on the accompanying document and confirming the delivery within 8 days by registered mail with return receipt to the courier, whose address is specified on the accompanying document. In the specific case of a damaged package, write “received with reservation because the package is damaged”. Even if the packaging is intact, the goods must be inspected within eight days of receipt. In the event of hidden damage, a registered letter with return receipt must be sent to the courier, describing the damage and the condition of the packaging. It is also always recommended to open a case with our customer service department to expedite the repair and/or replacement of the damaged item.
Once the courier’s document has been signed, the Customer will not be able to raise any objections regarding the external characteristics of the delivered goods.
Please note that under Italian law, the sender is not responsible for damage caused during transport. Therefore, it is essential to pay maximum attention when collecting the shipment and signing the receipt, as the carrier’s liability ceases ad that point. For each declaration, the Customer assumes full responsibility for the information declared
