Right of WITHDRAWAL

The right of withdrawal allows you to return the purchased item and receive a refund. The consumer can exercise his or her right of withdrawal no later than 14 working days after receiving the goods.

Please ensure that the package arrives intact. Otherwise, please sign the courier’s document with the words “Specific Inspection Reserved” and specify the nature of the damage. Any anomaly not reported to the courier is not covered by our insurance by law.

In any case, the provisions of Legislative Decree 206/2005 apply.

How to exercise the right of withdrawal

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must send an email describing the incident no later than 14 working days after receiving the goods to the following recipient:

To exercise the right of withdrawal, the email must contain the following information:

1) Invoice or receipt number.
2) Product codes, in case of partial withdrawal the product code.
3) The bank details for the transfer.

After sending the email, contact Einside to obtain authorization to return the goods.

After obtaining return authorization from the operator, carefully package the materials to safeguard the original packaging.

Ship the goods within 10 working days of receiving the via courier to the address provided to you when Einside confirmed the return.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.

Einside Srls will process the refund using the agreed-upon method after receiving and inspecting the goods. The refund will be processed no later than 14 days after receiving notification.
