Functioning
The valve allows unidirectional water flow. Outgoing water from the household pushes the plate open, directing it into the public sewer system. In case of backflow, the plate remains in a closed position, preventing flooding.
-
Plate Locking: The locking knob must be set to "OPEN" for normal operation.
-
Manual Closure: The valve features a locking knob to hold the plate in the closed position, recommended for extended absences from home. Rotate the knob clockwise to set it to "CLOSED."
-
Maintenance: Requires minimal upkeep, but a periodic inspection every 12 months is advisable. High technical standards, premium materials, and simple components ensure product longevity.
